Here, we try to answer all of the common questions we get asked. If you do not find an answer to your questions, please email us.

Can I just walk into any bookstore and find Blood & Thunder Magazine?
We are available in select bookstores across the US and soon, Canada. Find a store near you by clicking here. If you do not see a store near you, then go to your local bookstore and tell them to carry Blood & Thunder. They should be able to order from us easily. If you go to the store listed on our site and they don't have anymore.... tell them you are looking for B&T. If they know you want it, they will make sure to order more.

Where is my order?
Our magazine is printed quarterly, which means it comes out every 3 months. Please be patient about receiving your subscriptions. Once they come from the printer, we start processing the orders. Back issues, tshirts and other merchandise is processed immediately. Both subscriptions and orders are processed by viaderby. If you ordered anything after Nov. 1st, then you should be able to log into viaderby.com and check status of your order. If you ordered before Nov. 1st, then please email us and give us your order date, name, and current address and contents of your shopping cart (if possible, forward us the paypal receipt). Please allow a few days for a response.

Why are you so quick to take my money and so slow to give me what I ordered?
Well, hopefully you won't be asking this question anymore, because we FOUND A SOLUTION! We have grown soooo rapidly, that we couldn't keep up with mail order (its more work than only one person can handle!) so we partnered up with viaderby.com. They are now holding our inventory, processing orders, and making all of the shipments!

I have a change of address, what do I do?
If you have recently moved, please let us know ASAP so you do not miss any issues. If a magazine comes back to us, it will cost us money to send it out again, so please let us know as soon as possible. Please put "Change of Address" in the subject line of your email. Send an email to orders@bloodandthundermag.com

Do I have to buy online? Can I just send you a check?
Currently, we are only accepting online payments, as viaderby is processing our orders, and they hold our inventory. If we get enough demand for mail payments, then we will work out a solution. We sometimes set up shop at bouts and derby events. Sign up for our mailing list to find out where we will be and you can but stuff in person!
